Student Records
Student records are managed in accordance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and guidelines set by the University. A request for records requires five working days written notice for release of copies or two weeks written notice for release of copies greater than ten pages of any releasable, confidential, student disabilities records.
Official transcripts can be ordered through MyTCU. After you log in, click on the Academic Records tile, then choose Order Official Transcript from the drop-down on the Transcripts menu (on the left side). National Student Clearinghouse can provide degree and enrollment verifications. Most
major insurance companies recognize the National Student Clearinghouse. TCU students
can access the Clearinghouse for enrollment verifications through MyTCU. Once you log in, go to the Academic Records tile, then click Request Enrollment Verification. A certification will be created to print and distribute as needed.
