Student Records
Student records are managed in accordance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and guidelines set by the University. A request for records requires five working days written notice for release of copies or two weeks written notice for release of copies greater than ten pages of any releasable, confidential, student disabilities records.
Official transcripts can be ordered through MyTCU. After you log in, click on the Academic Records tile, then choose Order Official Transcript from the drop-down on the Transcripts menu (on the left side). TCU students can access the Clearinghouse for enrollment verifications through MyTCU. Once you log in, go to the Academic Records tile, then click Request Enrollment Verification. A certification will be created to print and distribute as needed. TCU students needing verification of address/housing, please contact the Housing department

Change of Major
Current students can submit a Change of Major request via myTCU.
NOTE: Incoming students will need to submit a change of major request through their admissions portal.
