Student Records
Student records are maintained in accordance with FERPA and University policies. Subpoenas requesting student records must allow at least five (5) working days for the release of copies of releasable records. Subpoenas requesting more than ten (10) pages of releasable confidential student disability records must allow at least two (2) weeks for processing and release.
Official transcripts can be ordered through MyTCU. After you log in, click on the Academic Records tile, then choose Order Official Transcript from the drop-down on the Transcripts menu (on the left side). Effective September 1, 2026, the cost per transcript will be $12.00. TCU students can access the Clearinghouse for enrollment verifications through MyTCU. Once you log in, go to the Academic Records tile, then click Request Enrollment Verification. A certification will be created to print and distribute as needed. Current students can submit a Change of Major request via myTCU.
NOTE: Incoming students will need to submit a change of major request through their admissions portal.
